Happy new year to everyone. I hope the new year is full of excitement and joy for everyone – two and four legged. I will be heading down to Durham, NC. The Durham Kennel Club is hosting a seminar, and will be doing private consults the day before. Check out our website for details!

Our patient Ada is doing wonderfully. She is the 2 year old Portuguese Water Dog that fell off 65 feet in Greece. Fortunately, she was able to come away with two fractured wrists. They were fused in the US, and she has been staying with us for rehab. She is currently in the underwater treadmill 35 minutes, 4 times a week, plus does a series of other exericises. Her Mom is sailing across the Atlantic to the Carribean and then will fly up to pick her up in either January or February. She is a lucky dog and is so fun to work with!

The puppies are now 4 weeks old and doing great! They are moving around a lot more and have moved on to semi solid food! About half of them have teeth and the other half are not appreciative of their mouths!
